1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Humans Information Technology Solutions ("Humans IT") or booking any website package through humansitsolutions.com or the Hsites.in platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Hsites.in ₹2,000 One-Page Website Package Scope

The ₹2,000 package is an entry-level service specifically designed for small businesses and independent professionals. The package includes:

• Layout: A single flowing, responsive web page containing: Hero intro section, About Us, Products/Services showcase, and Contact details with Google Maps link.
• Domain: 1 full year access to a branded subdomain on yourcompany.hsites.in.
• Hosting: 1 full year of cloud hosting with 99.9% uptime and SSL certificate included.
• Inquiry Integration: 1-tap WhatsApp chat buttons, direct phone call triggers, and inquiry forms delivering leads directly to your WhatsApp and email.
• Scope Lock: This package covers a single-page website. Multi-page websites or advanced custom software/database integrations require a separate custom quote.

3. Timelines & Delivery

Websites under the Hsites package are typically designed, deployed, and delivered within 24 to 48 hours once you provide the necessary business details (name, services, contact number, and photos) via WhatsApp or email.

4. Client Assets & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for supplying their business logos, photos, text, and pricing. You warrant that you hold the legal right or license to use any photographs, logos, and materials submitted to us. Upon full payment, you own your content and branding.

5. Annual Renewals & Ongoing Costs

To ensure total pricing transparency, recurring costs are clearly specified upfront:

• Your initial payment of ₹2,000 includes the 1st year of subdomain hosting and technical infrastructure.
• After the 1st year, annual subdomain and cloud hosting renews at ₹1,500/year.
• Renewal reminders are sent well in advance. There are no lock-in contracts or automatic bank debits.

6. Custom Domain Upgrades

Clients wishing to transition from a .hsites.in subdomain to a top-level domain (e.g. .com or .in) can do so at any time without losing website design or content, subject to applicable registrar domain fees.
